overseeing their agency's recruitment process.

federal hiring laws and EEC guidelines; (3) management strategies for
staffing and supervising a recruitment unit; (5) using the Internet;

User's Tip
For our PC User Tip this week I want to tell you about a neat keyboard
combination you can use in Microsoft Word. You can use the keyboard
shortcut of Shift + F3 to toggle the case for the selected text.
If the text that is selected includes a period (for instance, a
sentence), then using Shift + F3 will cycle between lower case, UPPER
CASE, and Sentence case.
If the text that is selected does NOT include a period, then using
Shift + F3 will cycle between ALL UPPER CASE, all lower case, and All
Title Case

User's Tip
If
you want to quickly change your desktop picture to a random image you
have somewhere on your Mac, you can simply drag that image into the
desktop image preview panel in the Desktop tab of the Desktop &
Screen Saver System Preferences panel. I find this much easier than
adding a folder to the list and scrolling through to find the photo you
wish to use.
