User's Tip
Some of the most helpful Windows XP features don't actually ship with
the operating system. Fortunately, there is a collection of handy
downloadable software tools called PowerToys.
PowerToys are utilities Microsoft programmers created while working on
Windows or other products, and they add a lot of practical capabilities
to Windows.
They're free and they should work without problems, but you should know
that you're on your own with them. They're not officially a part of
Windows, and they're not supported by Microsoft.
Each toy comes in a separate installation and we will put the link in
the shownotes. Sometimes there is a free lunch.

User's Tip
As
computer monitors get larger and the resolution tighter, you have
probably found yourself shaking the mouse to try to find your
cursor.

Fortunately, Apple has provided a method of enlarging the cursor so you can find it more easily.

To make the cursor larger:

1. Choose '''Apple | System Preferences''' and select the '''Universal Access''' option.

2. Click on the '''Mouse & Trackpad tab'''.

3. '''Move the Cursor Size slider''' anywhere between Normal and Large to resize the cursor. As you do so, the cursor grows.
